 Purpose: To build capacity through partnership.Â
Goal: Decrease and/or prevent tobacco use among those disparately affected by, or at risk for, diabetes, breast or cervical cancer, cardiovascular disease or stroke, and within specific populations (African American, Hispanic/Latinos, Asian/Pacific Islander, and LGBT).Â
