Need a way to describe your BE A BRIDGE activities? Use the Bridge Activity Sheet. What you do as a BE A BRIDGE partner can lead to important changes in collaboration, capacity and policy.

Bridge (verb, noun):

To link, join, connect organizations, programs, activities, resources or the like;
To provide a route or tool for an action or change;
A counduit or association.

Examples: new interdisceiplary relationships, expanded coalitions, integrated information distribution, organizational policy changes/shifts, etc.
