Intent and Overview 

The summit is designed as a platform for meaningful conversation where we can collectively build effective solutions to increase awareness, educate and provide evidence-based tools in addressing tobacco related chronic disease disparities.

The program is designed for Community Based Organizations, Agencies, Health providers and any other groups interested in providing tobacco control and/or chronic disease programs to disparate groups.
