Intent and Overview

This summit is designed to be a platform for meaningful conversation where we can collectively build effective solutions to increase awareness, educate and provided evidence-based tools in addressing tobacco-related chronic disease disparities.

• Better understand the utilization of evidece-based research and best practices
• Identify, select and implement culturally appropriate research and best practice models
• Address organizational capacity needs
• Navigate the BE A BRIDGE website for community appropriate resources

This program is designed for community-based organizations, agencies, healthcare prefessionals, and any other groups interested in providing tobacco control and/or chronic disease programs to disparately affected groups.
